"Him" and my friend: My current heartbreak

The "Him" I was talking about the other day is now dating the friend I told you about.
I wonder if it's actually possible for your heart to seriously break. Because right now it feels like mine is splintering into a million tiny pieces.

I guess I just need time to collect myself and sulk - because, despite my pain, I won't do anything to make my friend unhappy. If she likes "Him", and he likes her, I'll just let them be together in peace if that's what makes them happy.
